This doesn’t bode well. I have no doubt that Hussein is a Very Bad Man (tm). I also wholly subscribe to the notion that he will never comply.

I just want to know why we are we changing the core philosophy of our foreign policy? (Summarized nicely in Top Gun as: “Do not fire, unless fired upon.”) People complain that we are arrogant enough already, this isn’t going to help. This is just going to create more animostiy against us, resulting in more hatred. This can not be a good thing.
