Morgan Stanley's site for individual investors had degraded over the years due to mergers and had become hopelessly complex. It was difficult to navigate, off-brand, wasn't achieving its business objectives, nor helping their customers. It needed an overhaul.
I was involved in both the sale pursuit and the project itself. For the sales pursuit, I joined the team at the final hour to create a prototype that would (hopefully) help us win the work. After we did win, I led the creative team in developing the solution. This included designing the architecture, navigation, and creating the specifications.
